For our needs car could have been cleaner at pick up and we ended up cleaning it but otherwise worked great, ridiculously efficient on gas ( I topped up the fuel at $35 for 500km)

The car is 1 year old but had 30k mileage and pool conditions. The tire blew off on the highway without hitting anything. I have to pay $400 for the towing and cancelled my plan without any compensation. Very bad experience. Think TWICE before renting this car!
The vehicle and its tires were in near-new condition and had been recently serviced at a Toyota dealership prior to your rental. Unfortunately, the tire damage occurred after an object was hit during your trip, which is considered guest responsibility under Turo's policy. You chose to go through Turo's claims process instead. We fully respect that decision. That said, we shouldn't be held responsible for how Turo manages their side of the claim.
