Hi Samira, we're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The only additional charge submitted after your trip was for the fuel, as the vehicle was returned with less fuel than it had at pickup. The charge was processed through Turo in accordance with its fuel reimbursement policy and included supporting evidence. Smokers may find the vehicle acceptable but not recommended for non-smokers. Had to return the vehicle as soon as possible the day after pickup and unable to complete the planned 3-day trip.
