Great experience overall. The Tesla was in excellent condition, super smooth to drive, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were easy, and Adam was very responsive, helpful, and communicative throughout the trip. He gave clear guidance about charging and was flexible and fair when I had questions. Would definitely rent again highly recommend!
