Excellent experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

Pickup was smooth and host communicated well. Drop off was less convenient in that I didn’t have any instructions provided, and host was 10 minutes late. We ended up needing assistance from the airline to help my wife bring our belongings inside with our kids while I stayed outside with the car to hand off to the host. Thankfully the airport wasn’t very busy, so we had enough time to check into our flight, but it did cause a bit of unnecessary complications.

Car was perfect, clean, full of petrol, easy to drive. Handover super easy, we picked up right outside arrivals and dropped off at departures. Host was really helpful and accommodating with some requests we had. We were travelling with kids and thought we might need to order some car seats rather than travel with them, he was really helpful. We had the car for 2 months and absolutely no problems with it. Someone reversed into us, left a note and the host handled everything so we didn't have to take time on holiday sorting it out. So thankful for that with 2 small children!! Pick up and handover plans were quite last minute but host was right at the end of the phone whenever we needed so it wasn't a problem at all. Honestly, couldn't have been easier and we are very thankful we booked this car!! Thank you for making our Canada trip so easy and hassle free.
