I had a great experience renting from Pat. The 2021 Kia Rio was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. It was perfect for getting around without any issues. The car was fuel efficient and easy to drive, which made the whole trip smooth and stress free. I loved the self checkin and checkout. Pat was responsive and professional. Communication was clear, and everything went exactly as planned.
