The car was not safe to drive due to a significant pull in the steering.
The owner’s response was professional and offered to either send a mechanic to address the issue or provide a full refund. I chose the refund, as I don’t expect to deal with repair issues when renting a car.
Turo refunded the full amount right away, which I appreciate. However, I’m surprised that a vehicle with a potentially serious safety issue was allowed to be rented in the first place.
