Car was dirty when I picked up. Has rust spots on the body. I had to pay $25 for the parking. I was told that I will be recompensed for the dirty car. That never happened. I will not recommend.

We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. The car was washed prior to drop-off to the airport but since it was raining that day we could not avoid some debris on the way to the drop-off. Please note that white cars tend to have little orange spots from iron contaminants caused by brake dust and road debris. The car is in very good condition and has no rust whatsoever.
As for parking, Turo is responsible for handling your compensation. All the best.
