Car was in great conditon. Trip was smooth overall. Cleanliness could be improved a little. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Awesome car.. drives smooth. Pickup and dropoff was straightforward. Only the cae had perspiration stink a little on the seat belt

Rented from him a few times. It’s been great. Had a little mishap with the drivers side wiper being broken (happened to have rented on a rainy weekend). Otherwise car was great. Did feel the compensation/refund for the trip was quite low.

The car was great, pick up good the drop off got a little mixed up and was asked to meet somewhere they would uber me to airport, I said no they accommodated asked me to meet at another location close to airport at 9:30 i got there 9:30 they came at 10:05 and could not find me anyhow then drove me to airport.

The pick up was very frustrating. Troy wanted us to take an Uber to another lot to pick up the car. Which we couldn't do because we needed a car seat. He said he was 40 minutes away and he would "try his best" to deliver the car. Obviously this didnt fill me with confidence whatsoever that he would show up. So we went to Avis in the parking garage to see about getting alternate arrangements. To his credit Troy messaged us back saying he was 18 minutes away, luckily before we had paid for a different car. There was noticeable damage to the front end of the car which we documented in our photos and the car could've used a vacuuming which we also documented in the photos. The car itself ran well and the car seat we requested was provided. The drop off was very smooth compared to our pickup. If it weren't for the anxiety inducing uncertainty of our pickup the rating would have been higher.
