I would rate it 5 this time. This is my second time booking this Kia. Apple CarPlay issue is now resolved as I presume the issue was with the cable.

The host was very nice and friendly.
Couldn’t able to connect to apple car play, that was the only downside.

It was great. Everything was good and easy to use. Check-in and check-out were easy. The instructions were clear, and the car was in perfect condition.
