Great vehicle to get around in. I’m 6 months pregnant and woman host was unable to accommodate to take to train station because she doesn’t have a license. It’s completely understandable however an inconvenience. It’s about a 15 min walk to and from train station. Everything was great until the end when returning vehicle. I asked the woman host to check the glove compartment because I left something in there and when i called to ask her to check she told me it was empty. I didn’t realize until late what I left and by the time i realized what i left i couldn’t go back to get them. Please make sure you check every compartment because this host is not truthful! I am so mad at myself for leaving my souvenirs from Niagara Falls in this vehicle but very mad the host couldn’t be truthful with me and let me know they were in there as these were gifts for Myself and my family!

We strongly disagree with the allegations made in this review.No personal belongings were taken from the vehicle and we do not stole or withhold guest property.We take such accusations seriously and do not believe its appropriate to demand money in exchange for leaving or changing a review.Guest requested pickup and drop off services, which we clearly don’t offer. Our policy is to pickup and dropoff the vehicle by the guest to our designated location.Despite that we received threatening messages

The host was very kind and understanding. The car was in great condition. It was very shiny and clean. The pick-up location is a short walk from the train station, making it convenient. The pick-up and drop-off processes went very quickly and smoothly. Thank you!
