I was pulled over because the owner did not have insurance on the car. The police man let me off but said he will follow up with the owner. The car smelled like gas and there was a rattling sound coming from the muffler. He left the snow tires on the car so the mileage was pretty bad. There was no battery in the key so we had to reach around to open the doors of the car. Generally not a good experience for my first time using Turo. Might try the site again but never this car owner!

Ori was amazing. Communication was great from start to finish. Car ran good. Few minor things should be looked at but nothing major.

Ori was really prompt with his responses when needing to get in contact with him. The car did the job and was easy to drive. The battery in the lock broke and that was frustrating to have to go around and lock every door but Ori said he would replace the battery so hopefully it works well for the next person
