Clean car and polite host, but poor quality mismatched tires, and wandering steering likely caused by alignment issues made it stressful to drive at highway speeds
Hi David, my deepest condolences on the loss of your father. I am truly sorry for your loss and any added stress during this tough time. Regarding the car, it passed a Turo-approved inspection the day before your trip with no issues noted. However, your safety is my priority. As soon as you brought this to my attention, I immediately replaced both tires and completed a full wheel alignment. Thank you for the feedback, and I wish you and your family the very best.
