Despite the easy pick up and the quick messaging of the host I did have several issues with this rental.
The majority of the driving I did in this rental was on highways, I experienced many issues with stalling and maintaining speed on the highway and shaking when I attempted to accelerate.
This issue only got worse for my return as the check engine light came on before getting on the highway; I would continue to have difficult maintaining highway speed which added significant amounts of stress during the journey as I was constantly worried about the potential of breaking down or causing an accident due to driving too slowly. There is nothing more stressful than the worry of breaking down on a road trip and the potential for causing an accident for driving too slow.

If we had been notified, we would have worked with Turo to assist immediately. The vehicle has since been inspected and any necessary repairs have been completed.
