This was my first time renting using Turo and Zitao made things super easy and clear, I would definitely rent from him again and recommend him for anyone needing to rent a car while avoiding the hassle of going through the counter at a rental company. The car was dropped off right as we got there, and I appreciate the patience while we were dealing with flight delays and trying to track down some of our luggage. Drop off was just as easy we were met at the airport while unloading.
