Trip was great right up until we realized that the tread on the tires was completely gone and the tire had a blowout. The host was absolutely awful to work with, had zero sympathy and completely denied any liability for basic tire maintenance. Would not trust this person again to provide a car that meets basic safety standards. I’ve taken many Turo trips and never met anyone as unhelpful as this host.
