While the host was overall pleasant to communicate with, I cannot in good conscience endorse this company.
When I picked up the rental car, I was provided with the wrong code for the lockbox, which would not have concerned me as a standalone issue. That being said, it did result in the start of my trip being delayed, which in turn meant that there were certain other rather more serious issues that I did not initially notice:
For one thing, the condition of the tires is poor, at best. The treads are very worn and not safe to drive in any conditions other than on dry, well-paved roads.
Additionally, there is a seatbelt completely missing from the back seat on the right hand side and the horn does not work at all. There was also an issue at one point when I attempted to put the car into reverse and it took me restarting it entirely in order to put it in gear.
On top of these safety concerns, the car was advertised as having bluetooth connectivity and this was not the case.
Upon completing my trip, I was asked to report any concerns directly to the host, rather than mention them in the review, which leads me to believe that they are aware that the conditions of their vehicles are substandard and wish to avoid negative reviews reflecting this.
Overall, I do not recommend this host/company.
