Car was not cleaned and fuel tank was less than half empty. They did however change the tires from summer to winter when asked since it was raining

Hi Benny, thanks for the review. We bent over backwards and rushed our mechanics to swap your tires at the eleventh hour so you’d feel safe for your trip, despite it not being on our schedule. Because of that last-minute favor taking up all our prep time—combined with bad weather—we didn't get to wash it. Next time, we'll stick to our standard schedule so the car is fully prepped as expected
