The entire trip went great. I had 0 problems with maintenance of the car in all its aspects. I have never tried Turo so the pickup and drop off procedures were new to me as Im only used to Rental counters and hand to hand key handovers but nothing wrong with the process with Turo or the car owner themselves. The only reason I put 4 stars is for the headlights that need to be replaced. I have read reviews mentioning the same and how its somewhat difficult to drive at night, especially when it was raining during my trip it really was difficult to see. I had inquired about it to the host before the trip started but unfortunately it wasnt addressed. I did have some trouble dropping off the car as for some reason my GPS took me to the wrong location. Im new to Canada so it may be due to some settings that need to be changed in my own GPS countrywise so nothing wrong with the Trip on the location. I did try to reach out to the host for some help but I didnt get a reply. My only feedback on this is maybe some more responsiveness in the event it wasnt an assistance request but an urgent one. Apart from this, everything else was impeccable. Reasonable pricings too. The 4 out of 5 star was only for the headlights.

Do not rent this car, especially if you have children. The air conditioning was completely broken, forcing us to drive on the highway for hours with all the windows rolled wide open in temperatures over 28°C (82°F). On top of that, the car was not fully gassed up at pickup, and the cleanliness was noticeably neglected, with a dirty windshield.
To make matters worse, I reached out to the host directly to request a fair partial resolution, but he completely ignored my messages and continued sending automated texts asking for a 5-star review.
Turo's quality standards require essential features like A/C to be fully functional. The host was clearly well aware of this issue before handing over the keys, as the previous renter also left a review stating that the A/C was out of order. I am now forced to escalate this directly to Turo customer support for a partial refund.
Save yourself the trouble and book with a more responsible host

Car needs maintenance. Steering wheel needs to be aligned and the drivers window needs fixing.

Host was very quick to respond and flexible with the rental. Car worked great with no issues and was good on gas. Would definitely rent it again.
