Hard to find p4 and got charged 300 extra after I forgot to “check out” when the car was checked out already. These guys are money grab
Hi Kyle, any billing adjustments are handled directly through Turo, not by us. In fact we didn’t even report a late return despite you not completing the check out process. Regarding the P4 airport parking, we’re simply following Turo’s designated pick-up/drop-off procedures. Unfortunately the parking location itself isn’t something we control. As for the vehicle, there was no check engine light warning present after inspecting it. We did however find several empty alcohol cans left inside
