The car was comfortable but it takes so much of gasoline.

Professional so good car but AC wasn’t working and no solution to replace it and we got the information only few hours before the start of our trip, and no commercial gesture for a car without AC during summer. Plus on top of that we needed to get the car in a different location, 1h in common transport they booked a uber for us so at least it was nice.
Outside of that good exchange by phone so if everything is okay on the car I believe service are great, if there is an issue service can be review.

I drove from Montreal to Toronto everything went well and the car was super clean. Great service. The host was easy to contact and communicate with.

The host was good but, the car I received was a nightmare for me. The AC was not working and wheel balancing was extremely off, which made the driving very dangerous on highway.

The A/C issue was a minor fault that has since been fully repaired, and the wheel balancing was also corrected immediately after your trip. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a refund for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us maintain our vehicles to the highest standard.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu notre trajet très désagréable, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Nous avons signalé le problème au propriétaire, mais aucune solution n’a été apportée pendant la location.
Après notre retour, un geste commercial nous a été proposé en principe, mais malgré notre réponse, nous n’avons plus eu de retour ni reçu de compensation.
C’est dommage, car une climatisation fonctionnelle est un élément essentiel, surtout pour de longs trajets. Je vous conseille de vous assurer que le problème a bien été réparé avant de réserver ce véhicule.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés. Le problème de climatisation était dû à une panne mineure qui a été entièrement réparée dès le retour du véhicule. Un geste commercial avait également été proposé. Nous prenons chaque retour au sérieux et veillons à ce que nos véhicules soient inspectés et entretenus afin d’offrir la meilleure expérience possible à nos futurs voyageurs.
