Thanks for the review, Jeff. Glad the Matrix was easy on gas and a comfortable ride. Sorry you had trouble finding it at first — you mentioned the cab dropped you at the wrong spot in the plaza. We sent the exact pin and photos for 55 Trinity Dr ahead of time; unfortunately we can’t control where taxis drop guests. Appreciate the feedback.
Jake was amazing to rent a car from. He is quick with responding to any inquiries and the car pick up was very easy and convenient! I would highly suggest renting from him! :) the car was in great condition as well.
