Vanessa and Ian were great to deal with. Communication was quick and clear. Pick up and drop off using the phone app as a key was a breeze. The car was very nice to drive although it took a little while to get used to the Tesla world. Things like most things being operated through the touchscreen and the signal, wiper and light stork switches being a little different than most cars. Charging speed was good when we were able to find a good charger, which was a bit of a challenge for our trip (Moncton, Fundy, Cape Breton and Halifax). It was doable for this trip but the realistic range for this Tesla between charges is 200-250 km in my estimation. It was great when we could trickle charge overnight which we managed at most of our Airbnb rentals.

The host was absolutely amazing! He explained and showed me everything I needed to know and made sure I felt comfortable with the car. It was my first time renting an electric vehicle, so I really appreciated how thoroughly he walked me through everything.
The Tesla itself was fantastic — very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend giving it a try.
