A $10 convenience fee will be added on top of gas reimbursement. For premium gas required vehicle, please leave the gas receipt (or upload photo on Turo app) in the glove box to exempt for dispute in any chance. NO🚫PETS: extra cleaning fee will be charged. NO🚫🚭🍃💨SMOKING/WEED/VIPING. 0 tolerance. Please be respectful for the next guest. Per Turo policy a $150 cleaning fee will be charged on violations, guest who violates will be permanently removed from Turo platform. NO🚫🍷🍹🍺🍾🍶ALCOHOL Drinks. Driving under the influence of alcohol over the legal limit is illegal and will result in an immediate ban from the Turo platform. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE 🚫🚕. Prohibited uses will result in void of protection plan, violation fee, removal from Turo. NO🚫SPEED RACING🏎OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT. Guest who violates local law or regulations will face all the legal consequences. Guest will pay speed tickets. NO🚫OFF ROADING🏔🏞 on undeveloped or unimproved roads. This behavior will easily cause damage to the vehicle both body and mechanical, since all our cars are not designed for that purpose. All our cars are for normal paved road driving. LATE RETURN. If you expect a late return, please contact me for extension of the current trip so that the insurance will also extend to fully cover the entire trip. Sometimes an other trip may be booked right after, this case you won’t be able to extend. Please plan everything ahead of time. Communication is the key. LATE PICKUP. If you're running late to pick up a car or have to cancel last-minute, please message your host through the Turo app. Hosts can report a no-show starting 30 minutes after the trip's start time. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged greater fees than they would be charged for a cancellation. SECONDARY DRIVER🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ (Add through Turo and let me know before pick up please) Please keep the cabin clean. IF CAR IS RETURNED IN EXTREMELY DIRTY CONDITION, a cleaning fee will be charged. 🤳Make sure to take pictures 📷of the car before starting the trip and driving car away. Good pre-trip photos can protect both parties. An Apple cable is provided free to use. Please note if it is lost a free of $10 will be charged. Android cable is provided as well (Charging Only).
