The Co Host ( Alisha) was very responsive, however, the Tesla that I rented to Windsor for the weekend was not reliable. Making a right turn on a busy intersection... the car was extremely slow to accelerate with my family in the car it was really scary. Coming home and 2 hours away.. driving down the road to get to a supercharger.. the car starts to rumble... and then shuts down. I decided to get out lock the doors... get back in to start it up again... I drove for 30 seconds... then the car starts to rumble again... my family and I had to wait for 2 hours to have them come and grab us. It was a scary experience with this car.. might never drive a Tesla again.
