Hello,
I want to start by acknowledging the positives of my experience — the car itself was great and initial communication was pleasant. Unfortunately, the breakdown in communication that followed had serious consequences that I feel must be addressed.
On the day of my return, I waited at the terminal with no drop-off instructions provided. Despite calling two different numbers listed on your platform, I received no answer. This left me stranded without guidance and ultimately caused me to miss my flight, resulting in an additional cost of $157.00 CAD out of pocket.
With a team of 4 hosts, I would expect response times to be prompt — especially for time-sensitive situations like airport drop-offs. Clear, timely communication on these platforms should be your top priority, and in this instance it fell short.
I am requesting reimbursement of the $157.00 CAD incurred due to this situation. I have timestamps of all my messages that clearly support the timeline of events and I am happy to provide them.
I would like to resolve this before I submit my review within the next day. I genuinely hope we can reach a fair resolution — I have no interest in leaving a negative review if this is addressed appropriately.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Recharge the vehicle
Missing battery charge may result in an additional fee
