Had an issue with a punctured tire adding 3 hours to our return traveling time. Stopping for a 3rd time with the same issue we were informed that the tire was unrepairable and a new tire was needed. We were shown the punctured tire after it was removed and shown that the tire was bald on the back half of the tread, with the technician saying it should never have been driven in that condition and why there was a puncture. The host had to have known the condition of the tire and how it was unsafe to drive with it in that condition. He was immediately informed of the issue and he instructed us that we were covered by the insurance and roadside coverahe we pre purchased. He however didn't care to inform us we had only 24 hours to do so. Top priority should be on a safe drivable which the host failed to do so. Turo's loophole coverage left a bitter taste in our mouths and only not how customers should be treated.

I take the safety and maintenance of my vehicles very seriously and routinely inspect the tires and overall condition before each trip. The vehicle was provided in safe, roadworthy condition, and the guest had possession of it for several days before the tire incident occurred on the final day.
So grateful for this trip. I had a really bad experience with a car I got last week. Im very happy of the service I recieved and how proper the car was. Thank you! Definitely recommend
