This was my first experience using Turo and it was a great one! First night in a panic I locked my keys, purse, phone, and everything with me in the car. I had to contact customer support to help me get in contact with the host, which they did flawlessly. Within a few minutes the host met with me to unlock the car and I was thoroughly impressed and so thankful because it was so late! Also, in a scramble to navigate the airport the host met us at departures, which made my life much easier and the drop off so simple. It was a great first experience. I would recommend this host and Turo again!

Car was quality was good. The host and pick up location were Great. When we called the host at pick up, he was very responsive. Only issue was it rained and the wind shield wipers did not work well. Also no wiper fluid
