When it comes to customer service 10 out of 10. He is also very accommodating quick responses with reliable cars. This car is great on gas gets you where you need to go perfect for running your errands or if you just have a busy day.

The vehicle had a very strong smoke/weed odor that was not disclosed before pickup. The smell was severe enough that it made the car unpleasant and impractical to use, which forced me to cancel my trip plans with this vehicle and arrange an alternative rental at my own expense on short notice.
I immediately raised the issue, but the host only offered a refund for the unused days rather than a full refund, despite the condition of the vehicle not matching reasonable expectations or what was represented. If I had known about the odor beforehand, I would not have booked this car.
Bro, you used the car for one day and then you ended your trip without informing me anything .. otherwise I have another 120 cars I can gladly replace the car for you, anyway I checked the car there is no smell and you promised me 5 stars but you reported maintenance,!! you ok ?

I had a good experience with this rental car. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly. It was fuel efficient and easy to handle. The pickup and return process was simple. Overall, I was satisfied and would rent again.
