The trip was overshadowed by the host's behavior. He tracked the car's location and my speed closely throughout the rental, and when I returned the car he was hostile and confrontational. What should have been a simple handoff turned into a tense, uncomfortable exchange. I wouldn't book with this host again.

As a Turo host, I use a GPS device installed in the vehicle for security and insurance purposes, just like many hosts do. I only addressed the damage to the windshield that occurred during your trip and followed Turo’s claims process. At no point was I hostile—I simply discussed the damage and the required next steps. I wish you the best.
