Host communication was great - answered all questions promptly and very patiently. Very helpful and flexible. Car was just as described and sparkling clean.

Pros:
- The car drives with no issues at all.
- The host communication is great.
- The car was clean, no smells.
Two main issues:
- There is no way to render navigation map on the screen. And There is no fixture for a mobile phone that could replace the embedded screen. As a result, using the map on a phone is quite problematic and unsafe.
- The windshield wipers need to be renewed. Visibility during rain is not acceptable.
The issues are fixable so I would overall consider renting the car again if they are fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. I have already replaced the wipers and it doesn’t have car-play/android auto like any other car of that generation. I will look into something aftermarket or I will install a phone mount for the convinces of the guest.
