For the most part, our trip went smoothly. Doris was great when I had issues uploading my driver’s license to the app. She was always very quick and helpful with her responses! Half-way through our trip, the engine light “trac off” light came on and Doris suggested we take it to the garage which did not seem like our responsibility. When I suggested returning the car earlier to be on the safer side, or exchanging the car, Doris was unfortunately unavailable. Luckily for us, the light went away during our last few days so it wasn’t something we needed to worry about any longer.
