I rated this car a 3 because 2 issues were not advertised. After picking up the car, I noticed a crack across half of the windshield and another deep chip on the opposite side. This did not feel safe to drive, especially if another rock were to hit the windshield. Additionally, the trunk kept getting stuck throughout the two days I had the car, forcing us to unload our luggage through the back seats twice. This caused a lot of unnecessary complications while traveling. It is frustrating to rent a car without an accurate description of its condition.
