This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.
The vehicle was in very poor condition, especially considering its model year. The brakes did not feel safe, the undercarriage appeared to be damaged or poorly maintained, and the overall quality of the car was far below expectations.
The car was delivered dirty and had an unpleasant smell inside.
The host was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout the entire process. The vehicle was provided with less than a full tank of gas, and despite returning it with exactly the same fuel level, I was still asked to pay additional refueling charges.
I strongly advise future renters to avoid this listing. Based on my experience, this vehicle does not meet reasonable standards for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service.
I cannot recommend this car or this host to anyone.
