I notice that breaks was not ok, car vibrating when in use and notice the owner, but the answers was winter tires. Overall was ok

The vehicle underwent a comprehensive maintenance service and inspection at the dealership on August 3. We have the official service and inspection records confirming that the vehicle was in good condition with no issues identified. The guest was also informed accordingly.
Therefore, we rely on the professional assessment and documented maintenance records provided by the authorized service facility.
The car is REALLY good. Excellent milage, clean, and is in PERFECT state. Good conditions, good mechanics and is SUPER comfy. One of the best cars I’ve rented with Turo
