Unfortunately, the pickup experience was not smooth. Because the host was working and unavailable, I had to spend about 30 minutes searching for parking.
After finally finding a spot, I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the car for the host to come and pick it up. Overall, the process took much longer than expected and was quite inconvenient.
In addition, the vehicle’s charging speed was significantly slower than expected, and the advertised range did not seem accurate compared to the actual autonomy of the car.
Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set in the listing.
Thanks for the feedback. Per our walkthrough, this was a pre-arranged remote return; instructions were to park for later pickup, so there was no need to wait in person. Tesla logs show the car arrived 20 mins after the 18:30 return time, contradicting the claim of a long wait. Teslas can have a learning curve for those new or not used to EVs (especially with the key card and charging), and I’m always available to help. I'll ensure my instructions are even clearer for future guests

It was our first experience using the Turo app, and we had an excellent host who helped me from the beginning of the trip until the car was returned, always answering my many questions.
No smoking allowed
