Unable to open truck. Car not so clean

Just to clarify, this vehicle is a Volkswagen Golf wagon, not a truck (perhaps you meant the trunk?). The trunk has no issues at all. Also, the vehicle was returned parked in the wrong direction, almost causing a parking ticket. Clear communication during the rental would have easily resolved any confusion
Poorly maintained vehicle with safety issues so bad they can't be new

Car was returned extremely dirty with a lot of trash in the trunk and an empty gas tank while the car was delivered in well maintenance condition. Extremely disappointed
Car was okay. But the host was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful
