Tan was a very good responsive host. This was my first experience with Turo and he made it a good one. I had 2 small concerns.
First, I was a little disappointed paying $20 to start my trip to get out of the Premium parking lot.
The other was how to acquire the key in a loose lockbox.
If someone ever caught site and it went missing, it could cost the renter good money to have to replace the box and fob.
Maybe it will always be fine but the "what if" remains.
Overall, thank you Tan for a good experience
