Worst experience ever with rental cars. Old wreck broke down towed away and told to hitch hike back an hour away to catch flight home

The vehicle was professionally detailed, prepared and operating normally at the start of this 10-day trip. We accommodated the guest’s travel changes and early pickup and remained responsive throughout. On day 6, the vehicle began running rough. Turo ended the trip, and multiple replacement options were provided. At no point did we tell the guest to hitchhike. We remained available to assist and followed Turo’s process throughout.
Fantastic rental. Priced great, car was up to date even for a 2015, great in gas, great communication. I highly recommend.
