The car’s transmission broke when we drove to the airport.
I always ensure my vehicles are kept fully up to date with maintenance and servicing at all times. Contrary to your insinuations, the vehicle’s transmission did not fail. The car experienced a mechanical issue which was promptly diagnosed and professionally repaired as soon as it was identified. As a host, I take the safety, reliability, and condition of my vehicles very seriously and would never knowingly allow a vehicle with a transmission problem to remain in service.
