The care was clean but the brakes squeaked and the outside was dirty.

Thanks for the review! Every car is thoroughly washed prior to the trip (backed up by pre-trip photos). The guest did not pick up the car until 24 hours after the scheduled start time, that could have accumulated some outdoor dust as it is surrounded by active construction areas. The brakes are completely fine, routinely inspected, and fully safe.
