First time using the service and couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process amd a better vehicle provider. Pick up was easy. Car was in great running order and loads of space for luggage and people. Drop off also super easy. All up a seamless process that means I will use this service wherever I go.

The process of booking and meeting the host to pick up and drop off the car was great. I dropped a star because the brakes made a awful noise the entire 5 days we had the car. Also the inside windshield was so dirty, I could barely see out of it. Realized this as we left the airport pick up and had to wipe an area clean just to be able to see the street signs. Because I was navigating thru an area new to me this added a little stress I didn’t need.
