Worst and a true nightmare. It’s a pease of junk.
We work very hard to provide reliable, well maintained vehicles and keep our guests satisfied. As a goodwill gesture, the guest received free delivery due to being a student and the snow. During the rental, the windshield wiper was damaged, the car was returned six hours late, and a full refund was requested and granted as goodwill. All vehicles are professionally maintained. It’s discouraging for hosts who work hard to accommodate guests to receive comments like this after making many efforts.
