Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed with the 4-star review, as we did everything we could to help. The check engine light came on after the car had been driven for over 24 hours, and we responded immediately. The trip timing and insurance requirements are set by Turo, not by us, and we explained this several times. We always strive to provide excellent service and appreciate reviews based on matters that are within our control.
It was pretty good
as we are newbies to Turo. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns or what we weren’t sure about. Civic is good on gas mileage
