The host was great for communication and very helpful for a first time Turo user like myself. The car did end up having a break / rotor issue and we felt very unsafe driving it. Ended up return it early but the host was understanding and let us return it early with no issues.

Thank you, Amy, for your feedback. We’re sorry you had to experience the brake issue during your trip. We hadn’t heard anything from the previous guest, and we didn’t notice the issue when we drove the vehicle either. However, we took the car to our mechanic today and had it fixed. We replaced the brake pads and rotors with brand-new ones.
