We have had terrible experiences with the renter. There was one time where someone stole the car from our guest and was caught speeding 110km/h on road with a speed limit of 50 km/h. The next time, he ended up having a terrible accident. We asked the guest to book from other hosts as Turo was not allowing us to cancel the trip. Finally, we were forced to cancel the trip :(
