Great car, easy pickup and drop-off, good communication from host

This Toyota is an older vehicle with 220K on the clock. The vehicle ran great with no issues, and super gas mileage. Pick-up process and delivery back to YOW was simple. I had a question for the host who responded back promptly. I think the vehicle represent good value for the price and I would have no problems renting this unit again. Thanks Sami.

Mauvaise expérience.. communication avec l’hôte.. facturée à plusieurs reprises sans explication. Je recommande pas !

Hi Samira, we're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The only additional charge submitted after your trip was for the fuel, as the vehicle was returned with less fuel than it had at pickup. The charge was processed through Turo in accordance with its fuel reimbursement policy and included supporting evidence. We always aim to communicate clearly and are happy to answer any questions guests have regarding post-trip charges. We wish you all the best.
Sami is a great host with good communication skills. The car was smooth. The check out process was easy. Thank you!
