Vehicle: The car was clean and in good running condition. A/C & Bluetooth worked well. Price was reasonable, but pickup spot was a bit out of the way.
Owner: The owner sent a message "personal emergency not available for this trip" and cancelled the booking 20 minutes before pickup (I was already on my way). I expressed disappointment and he told me there must have been a glitch / he accidentally cancelled...
He rebooked and rescheduled the pick up time - we met an hour and a half later.
I wouldn't book again due to the disorganization and stress of non-reliable pickup.

Thank you for your feedback, Amber. I apologize for the inconvenience at pickup. The cancellation was accidental and appeared to be a glitch on my end. Once we realized what happened, we apologized, corrected it and completed the trip. The area was also under construction, making access less convenient. I’m glad the car was clean, ran well and met your expectations. Given that the issue was resolved, I was disappointed with the 3-star rating, but I respect your feedback.
This was a great car. Drove very smooth and had a great Km and general price. Communication with the renter was very easy and reliable

Met Toro on time at the airport for pick up and drop off.
I think we need a larger car next time, just a little tight for anyone to sit in the back. Other than that, clean and perfect.
