Great service, car and communication. Highly recommend!!!!!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful when we picked up the vehicle. However, the vehicle was not safe. The bumper cover fell off after backing out in a parking spot. After closer Inspection the cover was held up by only glue and zip ties as it was previously damaged. I had 4 kids with me, if that cover fell off on a busy highway it could have seriously damaged another vehicle and/or caused a major accident. The host was very quick to respond, apparently the body shop it was sent to before we picked it up didn't do the repair right. The host did pick up the vehicle within 4 hours of reporting the bumper. The host remained respectful during the interaction and I'm associating this incident to poor workmanship from the shop he took it to prior to us getting the vehicle.

It is generally good. Good AC, lights. The brake tooks me a little time to familiarize. It's understandable coz it's an old vehicle.
