The car was clean and performed excellent. And the host even accommodated my request to drop the car at my chosen location. Great communication too. Highly recommend this host.

Directions for the pickup were misleading (I lost 1h just to get the car). Check-in required me to install Tesla app which I could have done prior to departure, had I known so. Had to pay an extra 25$ at the airport parking due to miscommunication. Charging a Tesla is a headache: did not know that list of charging sites is limited to Tesla-owned sites on the app but there are more options on the the vehicle’s GPS map.

The pickup and drop off was excellent. Instructions were clear and the car easy to find. The car was clean and looked well maintained. The software had not been updated in while, which is not the end of the world, so I did on my wifi. The host was ready to reach and responded quickly. Overall great experience.
