Although at first everything was going smoothly and I had given the vehicle service as I had it for close to 5 months including new brakes...when it came time to dropping off vehicle the host was rude when I was lost in Quebec due to technology issues. Then I was told that I was responsible for getting the radiator replaced and demanded it...I offered to get it fixed but could only get an appointment on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and offered him 500 cash directly to him which he accepted as i didn't want him to be out the money
He accepted all these via text and the money transfer as well as the money
Needless to say I was threatened with both the host and turoo calling the police on me when both the host and I agreed on.
Zero out of ten don't recommend
Sir you are a compulsive lair, you abandon my car in a no parking zone in downtown Ottawa when I never agree to that. You crashed my car and admitted it on the phone after the police called me. You smoked in my car and ashed all over it and left it full of trash, you damaged it excessively, dent door and side mirrors broken and so many more things I can’t even believe someone could be so malicious. I had a booking back to back same day and you never showed up leaving my client stranded

I rented the Mazda car to Kervin and everything went perfectly well. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. The explanations were clear and precise, which allowed me to take the road serenely. In addition to that, Kervin was very very kind, welcoming and available. A great experience, I highly recommend!
