The car was very reliable and clean. The lock box made things very easy. Communication was great too.

Host was very respectful and accommodating but very slow with responses or action when there were issues. We had to cancel the trip 2/3 of the way in due to mechanical failure but this was not a huge surprise given the vehicle age and mileage.
